Crews from Inverness Rowing Club make the log journey to Lochwinnoch in Renfrewshire to take part in this weekend's Castle Semple Rowing Club's Regatta.

Inverness oarsmen and women have entered a wide variety of events including Junior, Novice and Veteran single sculls, Novice and Veteran Double Sculls, Novice and Veteran Coxed Fours, Restricted 2 and Veteran Eights. Also taking part in Junior 12 events in their first ever competitive regatta are members of the club's cadet squad comprising Sarah Cameron, Fern Urquhart, Adam Geddes, Rachel Wells, Meghan and Shaun Hunter who will compete in Coxed Quadruple Sculling, Double Sculling and Aquajog events under the watchful eye of experienced senior coach Susanne Standish-Hunter.
