North athletes take part in Final GB Senior Rowing Trials

Two Inverness athletes have been invited to take part in the Final GB Senior
Trials being held at Hazewinkel in Belgium from 9th to 12th April.
Following highly satisfactory performances at the recent February Trials,
Imogen Walsh from Inverness, now rowing with Clyde RC in Glasgow, will
challenge for a place in the womens lightweight team, whilst Alan Sinclair
from the Black Isle and a member of the Leander Club in Henley on Thames, will
challenge for a place in the mens heavyweight team. Both athletes have high
hopes of GB selection for the forthcoming series of international competitions
which take place throughout the summer season. :)
