MACRAE & DICK INVERNESS EIGHTS AND SMALL BOATS HEAD - Saturday 18th February 2012

This weekend on Saturday 18th February sees a significant entry of eights and
small boats competing in the club's Macrae & Dick Inverness Eights
and Small Boats Head which take place on the superb rowing waters of the
Caledonian Canal in Inverness.
Over 90 crews representing clubs from all over Scotland including a sizeable
entry from Scottish University rowing clubs will be travelling to Inverness to
compete in this highly significant event in the Scottish rowing calendar with
the Inverness mixed eight racing in the first division.
Racing over the 4500 metre course from Dochgarroch to the finish line beside
the club boathouse close to Tomnahurich Bridge starts at 12 noon for crews in
division 1 and at 2.30pm for crews in division 2
