Hello rowers.
This can happen to anyone , even experienced ones.
Come and find out what it's like and what to do when it does on Saturday morning at ten at the boathouse. There will be instruction on other safety matters too; (heel restraints , what to do in an emergency etc. )
There will also be a demonstration of how to get back into a capsized boat.
Sound like fun??
If you are going to participate , bring a change of clothes (as always) and a warm drink.
