Please can any members wishing to race let me know asap what they would want to enter so that I can liaise with Susanne to ensure there are sufficient boats available for everyone. Anyone who has not notified me by 16th October may not be able to race.
All those intending racing should ensure that they will have a valid license on the 22nd October – and for the event. Any members who do not have a license will not be able to race. New members will be able to register with Scottish Rowing via the Scottish Rowing website. This process does take a few days to complete so please do this in good time.
The head weekend is our single biggest source of fundraising for the club. We need all members to contribute to running it effectively and efficiently.
Please notify Hazel Geddes hazel.geddes@midcoul.com of your availability to help at the weekend and your area of expertise – so we can find a job to suit your skills. Please remember this is your club and we are all volunteers so all responsible for supporting it.
As ever we will need filled rolls/sandwiches and home bakes to sell in the T tent.
