This coming Saturday we will be holding a capsize session in the Aquadome.

All members are encouraged to attend and learn what to do in the event of a capsize or refresh your skills.

We will also encourage you to test your swimming ability wearing rowing clothes.

Please meet at the boat house at 1pm as we will need to carry some equipment around.
The session will be finished by 4pm or possibly a little earlier.
