Rumyana Neykova, Bulgarian World Champion Women's Single Sculls 2003.

These picture come from the latter part of the race. The commentator (Dan Topolski I think) comments on the "arm catch".
The stroke rate is 35 - a couple of pips up on the earlier sequence of her from a different angle.
